Wade,
Regarding your permit application for 25 Sara Lane, please submit the following:

1. Revised Fast Track Schedule A with correct setback ordinance requirements (side and rear setback for pools is 10 ft), setback to the house, and lot coverage (proposed and requirement).
2. Revised plot plan showing all setbacks as noted on  Schedule A.

Once this additional information is received, your permit can be issued.

Hello:  We've been giving the incorrect paperwork several times.  First, it was 10 ft setbacks, so I returned that and was told no, wrong paperwork given.  I did the 5ft setbacks and now told no that is incorrect.
At this point, we are very frustrated and not going to install a pool so need a credit for $100 fee for permit.

Thank you,
Wade MArtinson

Hi Wade,

I apologize if you previously received misinformation. Based on your submission, it looks like what you are proposing is meets the setback requirements of 10 ft (from the side, rear and house). I was simply asking for a correction to the form and confirmation of the setbacks you're proposing. If you can confirm, I can issue the permit for you today. If you would like to withdraw the permit application, please let me know. Thank you.
