    I am in the process of reviewing this project for building code compliance. At this time I am requiring revisions and/or additions to the drawings in order to proceed.

     

    It appears in the Structural Analysis Report by American Tower Corp. dated July 26, 2017 that the tower base foundation would need to be modified and/or reinforced for the work in this permit to be code compliant. (see attached pdf files).

     

    I do not see information in the submission about modifications or reinforcement to the tower base. (Am I missing something?)

     

    Please get back to me and let me know if there more information about the tower base to review.
