I have reviewed the landscape plan for Caravan Beads and find the proposed additional trees and shrubs will greatly improve the existing conditions, (currently there are no trees along Forest Avenue). Would like to recommend considering using an alternative to the proposed Callery Pear shown as "PC" on the Landscape Plan sheet. Alternatives might include: Red Maple either regular of upright forms, Turkish Filbert, or Patmore Ash and would be willing to work with the applicant on alternatives.
