Haining, 

As drawn, your plans do not appear to meet the code requirements. Please note the following code requirements (refer to the 2009 International Residential Code and the 2015 Uniform Plumbing Code for all code requirements and exact language): 

Bathrooms shall have a minimum ceiling height of 6 feet 8 inches at the center of the front clearance area for fixtures. A shower or tub equipped with a showerhead shall have a minimum ceiling height of 6 feet 8 inches above a minimum area 30 inches by 30 inches at the showerhead.

 

The clear space in front of any

​toilet or sink fixture
 shall be not less than twenty-four (24) inches (610 mm).

Hi Keri,

Thanks for your response and feedback on my bathroom plans. We have doubles checked the bathrooms with our contractor and the plumber. The bathrooms are meeting the code requirements as you pointed out in your email.
