Hi Rachel, 

Yes, your permit for 20 Sandpiper Road (#2016-02999) will be extended for an additional 180 days from 8/26/17 to now expire on 2/22/18.

I have a client, on 20 Sandpiper Road, who was issued a permit (# 2016-02999, see attached) for a second story deck. This permit, which is part of a larger master plan, will expire next month, and I am writing to see if we can receive an extension. 


We are currently pecking away at the first phase, which was permitted separately (# 2016-02902, see attached). For budget/financing reasons, the client is having to hold off on Phase 2. We are hoping to pick it back up again, possibly in the Spring. 


Could you please let me know if an extension is possible?
