Identify the ChartBlockLot (CBL) number of the property you are interested in. This can be found on either the Assessor Property Search Site or through the Parcel Viewer Map.
Click the blue link with your corresponding Chart Number (first three numbers of the CBL)
Click the link of the entire CBL number. The available records will then show up.
We are in the process of digitizing our microfiche records, documents prior to 2000. If you are interested in these records, please check our Microfiche Records as they might be scanned already. If the records are not, please send an email request to permitting@portlandmaine.gov. We will then log the request and email you a digital scan of the microfiche as soon as we are able.
